Dear Master Educators,

Welcome to the Master Educator Training for The Pilates Team Teacher Training Program! We’re thrilled to have you join our community of experienced and passionate educators dedicated to shaping the next generation of Pilates teachers.

As a Master Educator, you play a vital role in delivering a consistent, high-quality training experience rooted in the core values of clarity, professionalism, embodiment, and mentorship. Each module in this program is part of a carefully structured and progressive curriculum designed to support you in teaching with intention, purpose, and impact.

Our training is built on a clearly defined Pre-Lecture Process for each Pilates movement module. This process is essential—not only for helping students understand how to execute the exercises safely and effectively, but also for guiding them in thinking critically about movement principles, muscular intention, and the “why” behind each cue and variation.

The digital coursework is intentionally designed to minimize the time you spend teaching exercise execution during lectures. Instead, you’ll focus your energy on refining students’ understanding of how to teach, communicate, and adapt Pilates for diverse bodies and abilities. This shift allows you to cultivate confident, curious, and skillful teachers.

Each digital module includes:
• Demonstration Flow Videos to reinforce movement patterning
• Written Assessment Quizzes with Answer Sheets to help streamline student evaluation
• Critical Thinking Worksheets to support deeper learning
• Curriculum Teaching Order Worksheets to guide workshop and lecture flow
These tools not only support your teaching but also help ensure compliance with NPCP and ITTAP requirements in a time-efficient and organized manner.

As a Master Educator, you’ll mentor students through both the movement and mindset of teaching Pilates. You will lead by example—demonstrating integrity, empathy, and a commitment to high standards of instruction.
