Anatomy Course Description
The Anatomy course is a core component of your Pilates Teacher Training and provides essential knowledge of anatomical concepts that support the Pilates repertoire. Assigned as a prerequisite, this course builds a strong foundation in anatomy to enhance exercise execution, support effective programming, and guide client-specific adaptations. Because the Movement Modules rely heavily on anatomical understanding, completing this course before progressing ensures optimal learning and success throughout the program.
