Protégé Master Educator
Protégé Master Educator Role: Protégé Educators assist Training Master Educators by supporting marketing, managing student registrations, leading pre-training workshops, and providing ongoing support during the training process. This role is a valuable step toward becoming an Elite Educator, offering hands-on experience while learning The Pilates Team’s curriculum and programming. Ideal for less experienced teachers that have a stong desire to master teaching Pilates.
Elite Master Educator
Elite Master Educator Role: Elite Master Educators are experienced and highly skilled instructors who independently deliver teacher training. These Educators uphold curriculum content with excellence, facilitate inclusive learning, and support student success with minimal oversight. They implement effective instructional strategies, assess student progress, and create a positive learning environment. Ideal for studio owners, or independent teachers who enjoy traveling, that enjoy training and supporting new teachers throughout their journey to becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
Host Studio Partner
A Host Studio Partnership with The Pilates Team allows your studio to become an official Teacher Training Host Partner. This partnership involves an agreement outlining the terms for hosting Pilates Teacher Training Programs at your studio.
A certified Pilates Team Master Educator will lead the training in accordance with ITTAP and NPCP® standards, while the Host Studio is responsible for providing a suitable training space, necessary equipment, and a safe, clean environment. As a Host Studio, you will have the opportunity to collect studio fees from students enrolled in the program, ensuring guaranteed compensation.
The agreement is valid for up to one year from the start date of the training program, with clauses addressing cancellation, liability, and insurance responsibilities for both parties. Both the Host and Trainer must maintain appropriate insurance coverage and indemnify each other from any claims arising during the course of the training.

The Platinum Master Educator is the highest designation within The Pilates Team, recognizing educators with exceptional expertise in teaching, training, and leadership. These educators demonstrate mastery in pedagogy, curriculum adaptation, and instructional methodologies, contributing significantly to the broader educational community. Granted greater autonomy, they lead continuing education initiatives and ensure The Pilates T.E.A.M. standards are upheld. A key responsibility at this level is participation in the CEC sharing program. Additionally, Platinum Master Educators may oversee and mentor their own Protégé Educators, fostering the next generation of instructional leaders within The Pilates Team.
